I got this for my grandkids and they all absolutely LOVE it! We're able to roast marshmallows, make smores, tell scary stories and more. We often have their friends over and it just makes it really fun to watch them play outside while sitting warmly with the hubby by the fire. I was wondering for a long time whether this was the best for me and wheteher I should get the fireglass accessories. I've had this for a while now and its definitely worth it.

The heat doesn't push out as much as I thought it would. It does push as much as it says it does, its just a bit weaker than an open fireplace.

It doesn't have vents so its nice in that aspect! Its basically an insert and I couldn't be happier. I got the basic black liner which is nice and the fireglass really brings out the shine, but I wish I got the driftwood logs too.
