As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.


The standard free shipping option for smaller accessories will be parcel (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc). Having this flexibility allows us to provide the quickest turn around to process and ship a customer's order. The products should be shipped out of the warehouse within 1-2 Business days and delivered within 3-4 business days. If the order arrives damaged, please see our return policy to determine the necessary actions and contact us through our Contact Us tab or send us an email at support@atlasfireplaces.com.


For most items over 150 pounds, our free standard delivery service will be freight. When a freight order is ready to be delivered, the shipping company will contact the customer to schedule a delivery time. For this reason, it is critical to provide the most relevant phone number at the time of check out. Our standard freight option includes free curbside delivery and liftgate service. Upon delivery, the driver will remove the item from the truck, but it is the customer's responsibility to bring the item onto the property.

The customer will be required to sign for a freight delivery - please inspect the item before accepting delivery. If the item(s) are damaged, REJECT the shipment and notify us immediately. Once accepted we will not be liable for any damages

Pre-Delivery: If you are not there to sign-for or inspect the delivery, and authorize the freight company to leave the order without a signature (by leaving a note, etc.), Atlas Fireplaces cannot be held liable for any damages or missing pieces.

Upon Delivery: When it arrives, ensure that the pallet/piece count on the delivery receipt matches the number of pallets/pieces you are supposed to have received. Note any missing pieces on the delivery receipt before you sign. Example: “Only Received 3 of 4 pieces.” Call us at (832) 422-7852 immediately to let us know you are missing pallets/pieces. We will coordinate with the carrier to locate the missing items or replace them.

Immediately inspect for any visible damages like crumpled box corners, holes/punctures, or broken pallets (which are typical signs of internal damage). If there is any visible damage REFUSE DELIVERY OF THE ENTIRE ORDER. Do not keep a partial order if any single item is damaged. Note any damages to the packaging or contents on the delivery receipt by specifically writing the word “Damaged”.

If there is no visible external damage, please sign-for and accept your freight. Signing your delivery receipt without noting any damages legally states that you have received your items in good condition. Note that drivers will not wait for you to inspect for concealed damage.

Upon accepting your order, open and inspect your package for CONCEALED DAMAGE. You have 48 hours to email us damage photos at support@atlasfireplaces.com. You may call us at (832) 422-7852 to report any concealed damage, only after we have received the corresponding photos. Please have your order number ready. Thank you.

Lead Times:

Once we receive an order, we send the confirmation to the Brand the product is associated with. Please allow 24-72 Hours to get confirmation to Ship the item out of the warehouse. Once out for delivery it should arrive within 7-14 Bus Days depending where the address is located.

Atlas Fireplaces Ships to 48 States, as of right now we DON'T ship overseas outside of the USA. Also, when purchasing a product please input a physical address not a P.O. Box.


Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, your order has not shipped. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
