This black infrared heater comes with mounting brackets and a portable remote for easy operation of the heater.
With Schott Nextrema® glass, you can be confident that this black heater will spread heat evenly. Furthermore, the heater's glass panel reduces glare, making it easy on the eyes.
This 1800W infrared heater is hardwire-ready and can be wall or ceiling-mounted with the included mounting kit. Once installed, adjust the heater's angle to provide heat to a specific region. It can heat up to 90 square feet of indoor space and 50 square feet of outdoor space. Heat coverage is best under benign weather conditions with little wind and moderate temperatures.
This heater is IP 65 approved and may be used both indoors and outdoors. For outdoor installation, just ensure that the junction box lid gasket is correctly attached; failing to do so will void the guarantee.
All DIR Series heaters are simple to use. Simply use the included remote control after installation. You can simply obtain the proper amount of heat to keep warm and comfortable with three heat settings. Turn it on and forget it; this heater has an in-built safety feature that will shut it down after 8 hours.

Do I need to be home for delivery?
If you purchased a fireplace from us, the freight company we hired to deliver your purchase will contact you for a good time and date for delivery. Typically, if your purchase is being shipped via FedEx ground you do not need to be home. We always ask that you make sure your purchase has arrived undamaged prior to the delivery service leaving your home.
What happens if my product is delivered damaged?
If you receive a damaged package during, we can help. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. We will also work with you on getting a replacement, if necessary. Do you install fireplaces?
We do not install fireplaces. We do recommend you find a local NFI certified fireplace installer which you can search for on NFI’s website here: Public – National Fireplace Institute (NFI) (nficertified.org)
