It has a very consistent and bright flame, which kinda dazzles with the fire glass on the bottom. Really nice!
I was wondering for a long time whether this was the best for me and wheteher I should get the fireglass accessories. I've had this for a while now and its definitely worth it.
The heat doesn't push out as much as I thought it would. It does push as much as it says it does, its just a bit weaker than an open fireplace.
It doesn't have vents so its nice in that aspect! Its basically an insert and I couldn't be happier. I got the basic black liner which is nice and the fireglass really brings out the shine, but I wish I got the driftwood logs too.
Customer service is great! Very responsive but I didn't message them much because there weren't really any problems.
This Linear fireplace looks amazing, only took about an hour to install, and it's vent-free! That means you can put it almost anywhere without needing to worrying about installing vents or ducts. It can use propane which makes it very convenient for any outdoor space like patios, decks, gardens and such... I'd recommend this if you're looking for an attractive way to heat your outdoor spaces during the colder months of the year.

The Empire Boulevard Contemporary Ventless Fireplace - 48” comes with your choice of millivolt or intermittent pilot ignition systems. The millivolt ignition includes a basic On/Off remote control while the electronic intermittent pilot ignition system includes a multi-function thermostatic remote and battery back-up for convenient use during power outages. The multi-function thermostatic remote allows you to control the flame height with six flame settings and functions as a programmable room thermostat to achieve your optimal comfort level. Simply press the On/Off button whenever you’d like to enjoy a fire or use the Smart Thermostat function to set and maintain your desired room temperature. The thermostat anticipates heat output and varies the flame height up or down based on the difference between the programmed temperature and the actual temperature for consistent warmth and reduced heat fluctuations throughout the room.

Do I need to be home for delivery?
If you purchased a fireplace from us, the freight company we hired to deliver your purchase will contact you for a good time and date for delivery. Typically, if your purchase is being shipped via FedEx ground you do not need to be home. We always ask that you make sure your purchase has arrived undamaged prior to the delivery service leaving your home.
What happens if my product is delivered damaged?
If you receive a damaged package during, we can help. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. We will also work with you on getting a replacement, if necessary. Do you install fireplaces?
We do not install fireplaces. We do recommend you find a local NFI certified fireplace installer which you can search for on NFI’s website here: Public – National Fireplace Institute (NFI) (nficertified.org)
